HOW IT ALL STARTED
Royyk was founded on a simple observation: the companies driving the energy transition needed better access to the right people, the right knowledge, and the right markets.

Too often, specialist expertise failed to reach the organisations that needed it most. The connections were not there. The training was not built for industry. The pathways into new markets were unclear.

Royyk was built to fix that. Starting in Ireland and the Gulf, we set out to connect the world's best trainers and specialists with the organisations leading the energy transition. That mission has not changed.
